A belicoso is a small cigar with a pointed head: about robusto length, with a head that tapers to a tip you can cut. It is a figurado. Some factories treat it as a short torpedo, and others treat it as a separate shape. What defines it is the pointed head.
To keep the shape, cut off less of the tip than you would from a round cap. If you cut too much, you lose the point and are left with a blunt end like a parejo.
