A tupperdor is an airtight plastic food container used as a humidor; a "coolerdor" is the same idea using a picnic cooler for a larger collection. They seal well, cost little, and need no seasoning because plastic does not absorb water as cedar does. Use two-way packs or beads rather than a plain wet sponge, keep a calibrated hygrometer inside, and open the lid now and then to change the air. Some owners add a sheet of Spanish cedar.
