Hand finished (sometimes labeled “hand-rolled” even when the bunch was made by machine) usually means a machine formed the bunch, often with short filler, and a person then applied the wrapper and cap. The outside can look like a premium cigar, but the inside was made by machine.
This is not the same as a fully handmade cigar, where people make both the bunch and the wrapping, almost always with long filler in premium cigars. Check the description of the filler and look at the cut foot; do not rely on the label’s wording alone. Chapter: handmade vs machine-made.
